Maintenance tips and recommendations
To keep your chef's knife in top condition, we recommend washing it by hand with mild soap and warm water. As with any good chef's knife, avoid the dishwasher, as harsh cleaning can quickly shorten its lifespan. After washing, make sure to dry it thoroughly and immediately to prevent stains.
Sharpen regularly
Use a sharpening stone or sharpening rod regularly. This will effortlessly maintain the sharpness and precision of your knife, extend its lifespan, and ensure you continue to enjoy an unparalleled cutting experience.
Storage
Properly storing your knives in a knife block is essential for not only ensuring safety but also extending their lifespan. Storing them this way prevents damage to the cutting edges and ensures they're always within reach when you need them.
Correct substrate
High-quality cutting boards are essential for keeping your knives sharp and extending their lifespan. They provide a soft, non-abrasive surface that prevents knives from dulling quickly and reduces impact on the blade while cutting. Using high-quality cutting boards is an investment in both the performance and durability of your knives.
