Before first use
Remove the labels and packaging from your new Le Creuset Mini Braisers . Wash in warm water and dishwashing liquid, rinse well and dry thoroughly before use.

Cooking with the Mini - Frying pans
Always wear oven mitts when handling hot pans. When using under the grill, allow at least 6.5cm (2.6 in) of clearance between the heat source and the pan. Cover only the top of the pan in the microwave, as the handles may become hot. Place frozen dishes in a cold oven and heat together. Always check that the dish is piping hot before serving and do not heat the oven above 205°C (400°F) for room temperature dishes.

Cleaning and maintenance
Let the pans cool before cleaning. Wipe off any residue from the bottom, and if there is any stuck-on food, fill the pan with warm water and dish soap and let it soak for 15-20 minutes. Wash and dry the pans by hand or put them in the dishwasher for extra convenience.
