The Industry 5 low sauté pan makes it easy to evenly brown meat, poultry, vegetables and shellfish. Add some water, stock or wine and let everything cook under the perfectly fitting lid. Ideal for dishes such as stuffed roast pork, bouillabaisse or chili con carne. With a generous diameter of 28 cm, this professional sauté pan is also perfect for quickly reducing sauces or preparing a rich lobster bisque.
Thanks to the solid 5-layer material , which extends to the edge, you can enjoy excellent heat distribution and optimum temperature control. The innovative construction, combined with the matching lid, ensures that flavours and vitamins are maximally preserved. The stainless steel material with Silvinox® technology does not discolour, is easy to clean and lasts a lifetime.
The sturdy, welded stainless steel handle with sandblasted surface stays cool during cooking and ensures a comfortable grip. The additional counter-grip makes handling the pan even easier. Designed by Belgian designer Stefan Schöning, this sauté pan has a robust and smart design in industrial style, which is both functional and stylish.
5-layer base
This pan has a 5-layer base. 5-layer pans take the cooking process to the next level with five layers of aluminum and stainless steel. These extra layers ensure even better heat distribution and retention, giving you more control over the temperature. Ideal for delicate cooking techniques, where precision makes all the difference. The weight of the pan gives you that extra bit of stability while cooking.
