Use & maintenance
Maintenance tips and recommendations
To keep your knife set in top condition, we recommend hand-washing it with mild soap and warm water. As with any good knife set, avoid the dishwasher, as harsh cleaning can quickly shorten the lifespan of your knives. After washing, make sure to dry the knives thoroughly and immediately to prevent stains.
Sharpen regularly
For long-lasting cutting pleasure, it is important to sharpen the knives regularly with, for example, a whetstone or sharpening steel.
Storage
Store your knives in a knife block or on a magnetic strip to protect the edge and extend their lifespan.
Correct substrate
Preferably use a wooden cutting board. A wooden cutting board is gentle on the blade and helps maintain the sharpness of your knives.
